Apple will be holding a press conference this Friday on the iPhone 4.
According to AppleInsider, Cupertino notified members of the press on Wednesday evening that it would be holding the event on 16 July at 10 a.m. pacific time.
Although the iPhone 4 has been one of the most anticipated products from Cupertino, which resulted in it being the most successfully launched Apple product as well, the company has come under heavy criticism since its launch over the smartphone’s reception issues.
Nokia has already poked fun at Apple via its official blog over the signal woes and now even Microsoft has done it by comparing Apple’s iPhone 4 problems with Redmond’s Vista troubles.
