QWERTY keyboard, excellent screen, stand included, excellent voice quality.

No Motorola UI, battery life is a struggle, SMS problems.

The Milestone is a solid Android phone if you're looking for one with a physical keyboard and a nice screen, but keep the charger close by and don't expect anything nice from an UI perspective. .
