It didn't take long for Jeremy Clarkson to find a new home after the BBC booted him for constant fallouts with Top Gear's producers. Clarkson, along with fellow presenters Richard Hammond and James May (our personal favourite) will be heading over to Amazon to put together a new motoring show. In the meantime however, Amazon has put Clarkson to work by unveiling some of the company's latest products. Joining that list is the newest Prime Air delivery drone. 

Click on the video after the break to see Clarkson introduce the drone in his usual Clarkson-esque fashion, all while talking up the 30 minute or less delivery time promise of Amazon's Prime Air service. In this case, it's used to deliver a pair of Puma evoPower football boots, with a cruising height of 121 metres. The new delivery drone is far larger than the one we saw in the middle of last year, but still claims a rather rapid speed. It's capable of delivering within a 24 kilometre range, reaching a top speed of 88 km/h. Added to this is sense and avoid technology, which Amazon says will aid it in steering clear of other low flying objects, as well as dropping the package in a safe area for collection.   

While the service is not in its fully fledged state, Amazon Prime seems ready and waiting for large scale deployment.
