Figurines come and go but truly great ones have a way to stay in the back of your mind, pushing that ‘I want’ button repeatedly. We suspect the same holds true for the latest Star Wars figures from Square Enix, the folks responsible for the Final Fantasy gaming titles.

According to Kotaku, the new figurines depict a much more aggressive Darth Vader and Boba Fett, plus an Imperial Stormtrooper that actually looks like he can shoot straight. These are part of Square Enix’s "Variant Play Arts" models, of which the original design has been changed or modified, in this case we think maybe for the better.

We wish they would include a banana for scale, but no matter the size you are going to cough up to own one. If you have 12 960 yen or $109 lying around, put it safely in your Jabba the Hut piggy bank, since Darth Vader is coming in May, while the Stormtrooper and Boba Fett lands in July.
