Held over this past weekend at Monte Casino in Johannesburg, last night VS Gaming crowned the winners of its Xbox One and Playstation 4 EA Sports FIFA tournament. The VS Gaming Cup (5-6 May 2018), saw 1024 players compete to win the right to contest the FIFA eWorld Cup playoffs later this year.

After two grand finals, Shiaan Rubeer and Thabo Moloi were victorious on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 divisions of the tournament respectively. Each player won R400 000 as the first prize on each platform.
