In our recent 2016 Nokia Acquisition and Retention study indicators show that South African consumers are looking to access data, voice and video across networks of all kinds. With 34%, Cost & Billing representing the biggest overall impact on customer retention in South Africa; Network Quality (26%) and Customer Care (27%) carry a similar level of importance; Internet Quality is the most important variable for Network Quality and Request & Complaint Handling for Customer Care. Our business has evolved to adapt to a changing world for over a century, but with the same true business values. Our vision is to expand the human possibilities of the connected world.
