Microsoft today announced an official Call of Duty: Black Ops console bundle, which will feature a copy of the game as well as a new Xbox 360 S console.

The Premium Bundle is scheduled for release at the same time as Activision’s planned worldwide release of Call of Duty: Black Ops on November 9. The bundle will also include a free one month Xbox LIVE Gold membership.

“The Premium Bundle delivers the perfect complement to Call of Duty: Black Ops,” said Michael Sportouch, general manager, Call of Duty business unit, Europe.

“We’re excited for the Call of Duty community to have such a great offering available to them.  Fans will have the chance to play and experience the intense and epic action that Treyarch has created in Black Ops and be able to share the enjoyment on the newest and latest Xbox 360 console. This is a great match.”

Developed by award-winning developer Treyarch and published by Activision, Call of Duty: Black Ops takes players behind enemy lines in a new chapter in the series.

Available across South Africa from 09 November 2010, the Call of Duty Premium Bundle includes Call of Duty: Black Ops, the new Xbox 360 S console with 250GB hard drive and built-in Wi-Fi, an Xbox 360 black wireless controller and one month Xbox Live Gold membership at an estimated price of R3499.
