Which manufacturer's smartphones have the best camera? There are a few different ways to find out, with the likes of DxOMark used as a handy reference for the top performing offerings. Non-profit organisation Consumer Reports also lists the best devices in this regard, and their latest Top 10 looks at devices from the past 18 months. 

In order to come up with their list, Consumer Reports say they've tested devices from Apple, Google, Huawei, LG, HTC, One Plus and Samsung. 

As expected, the phones from Samsung and Apple stood out above the rest, but what is most interesting, is that no other manufacturer featured in the Top 10. We had thought that the Pixel 2 or Huawei phones may have ranked, but according to Consumer Reports, that's not the case.
