If the price of Lego has been a hindrance to building the creations of your dreams, Lego Worlds for the PS4, Xbox One and Steam will have you sorted. Developed by TT Games, it offers sandbox gameplay, giving you basically free reign to build to your heart’s content. Think Lego meets Minecraft and you are on the right track.

It has now been confirmed that Lego Worlds will officially launch in SA on 24 February for just under R500. The disk for the PS4 and Xbox One is available to pre-order, with PS4 owners set to receive a Lego Agents DLC pack extra, which includes new characters, vehicles and weapons. To order, visit AWXLoot.co.za or RARU.co.za.

The real deal, however, is reserved for PC gamers, since you can already purchase Lego Worlds through Steam Early Access for only R159. Publishers Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment noted that gamers that buy this will be able to upgrade to the full game at no extra cost once it becomes available.

If you haven’t seen Lego Worlds in action, check out the video below, which shows this “procedurally-generated” world in all its bricky glory.
